First and foremost, our client’s are our priority. All the members of the different teams at Westerwood have been recruited and chosen due to their abilities and their focus on client care- treating their clients as they would like to be treated themselves. Our team members are all highly trained and experienced local graduates who carry out this work with passion and enthusiasm.

MEET OUR TEAM
Lynn
Aesthetics Nurse
Lynn has been a nurse for over 10 years. Her interest in aesthetics started when she worked for Chanel as a makeup artist, where she developed a good eye for detail. Lynn’s favourite treatment to carry out and receive is lip filler!
Fun fact – Lynn used to sing in a country and western band!
Emilie
Social Media & Marketing Manager
Emilie has been doing Social Media and Marketing for over 7 years and has worked alongside big brands. Emilie loves working with influencers and creating eye catching content. Fun Fact! Emilie competes in pageants and is Miss Supranational Glasgow 2025. She also has a season ticket for a football club where she likes to watch with her family.

Dr Ryan Holland
Dentist
Ryan graduated from University of Glasgow in 2019 BDS. Dr Ryan has a special interest in composite bonding. He has worked with many influencers and enjoys that everyday at Westerwood is different. Fun Fact! Ryan has been learning how to do ballet and crochet in his spare time.
Louise
Aesthetics Nurse
Louise graduated from Edinburgh Napier University as a nurse in 2019 and has just recently qualified as a nurse prescriber in 2025. Louise has a passion for aesthetics especially in Lip Filler. Fun Fact! Louise used to be a figure skater and compete every week! She is also a big sucker for karaoke especially if she hears Amy Winehouse Valerie she will be up on stage!
Dr Pavan Shah
Dentist
Dr Pavan Shah qualified form Dundee University in 2012 with a Batchelors in Dental Surgery. Unlike most other dentists he went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Restorative Dentistry. This training helped him develop expertise in smile makeovers. Dr Shah also has a special interest in Invisalign and has treated many of Glasgow’s’ top celebrities! With some of his restorative work being used as examples to teach other students, we consider ourselves lucky to have him as part of our team.
Dawn Fraser
Dental Hygienist
Dawn is our friendly hygienist within the clinic, maintaining oral hygiene standards for all our patients. She started her career Dental Nursing in 1988 and went on to train as a hygienist between 2013-2016 at Glasgow Caledonian University. She has a passion for dentistry and has enjoyed honing the skills required to become a competent clinician.
Ayesha
Dental Nurse
Ayesha is our part-time dental nurse at Westerwood, she qualified as a dental nurse in August 2020 from New College Lanarkshire in Coatbridge. Ayesha enjoys working closely with the public on a regular basis and assisting them in the dental surgery. She has a keen interest in Composite Bonding, transforming a patients Smile alongside our highly sought after dentist.
Nicola Thompson
Practice Manager
Nicola is our Practice Manager here at Westerwood, she qualified with an NVQ in Dental Nursing in 2006. She went on to gain experience in both general practice and a hospital setting allowing her to gain a wealth of experience in dentistry and patient needs. Nicola has a keen interest in patient care and is extremely proud of the team when patients and clients complete their treatment and recommend Westerwood Health to their family and friends.
Dr Rizwan Goheer
Aesthetic Doctor
Dr Rizwan graduated as a Doctor from Aberdeen university in 2008. He worked throughout the Glasgow and Lanarkshire hospitals with a keen interest in facial aesthetics that started as a junior Doctor.
Dr Usman Goheer
Aesthetic Doctor
Dr Usman graduated from Glasgow University in 2006 and completed his GP training in 2012 in Newcastle. He has been carrying out Botox treatments for over 11 years and is one of the very few people to be trained on the use of Botox in the NHS.
